    Sergio Mottola is an experienced executive with a distinguished career in corporate strategy, innovation, and policy development. As Chairman and CEO of the Republic of San Marino Innovation Institute, he played a key role in shaping San Marino’s national digital strategy and spearheaded the landmark San Marino Blockchain Legislation in 2019. He has advised global institutions including the OECD, IMF, and MISE, working closely with government leaders and international regulatory bodies. His work with DNV GL and VeChain Foundation on the Low Carbon Ecosystem Project underscores his ability to align public and private sector innovation. Holding a master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Cass Business School, Sergio remains actively involved in research and academia.

    Ivan Granito is a financial strategist with expertise in actuarial science, risk management, and tokenized assets. He began his career as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, advising financial institutions on capital allocation and strategic growth. Later, he co-founded Jur.io, a decentralized social operating system backed by Fenbushi Capital. His expertise spans venture building, bootstrap management, and economic modeling for digital assets. Holding a dual master’s degree in finance and insurance, along with a Ph.D. in actuarial science, he has also served as an adjunct professor in financial mathematics at Sapienza University.

As the Founder of ConvertMedia, he has led initiatives that bridge entertainment, technology, and finance. He was a founding member of Universal Mobile, a Vivendi business unit that dominated the mobile music market, and later shaped key partnerships at Universal Music’s Digital Business in Europe. He co-founded Vivendi’s WATCHEVER, an early OTT streaming platform, and led groundbreaking digital projects for XIX Entertainment and Simon Fuller’s Now United. With a background in financial securities for IP rights, he has advised global blockchain and entertainment firms.
